Sruli Rosenberg was born and raised in the Hasidic community in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He is fluent in Yiddish, English, and Hebrew. Sruli made his stage debut in NYC in December 2023 in “The Gospel According to Chaim,” a Yiddish drama produced by New Yiddish Rep and directed by Dimitri Barcomi. Sruli will make his film debut as Velvel in Ruben Levi’s Yiddish film Der Beker.
